Crafty Kids Farmers Market

The Crafty Kids Farmers market is designed to showcase only products/food that have been produced, created, or designed by young artists/crafters.

Crafters are responsible for pricing their own crafts and managing their own sales and earnings.

Crafters/artists are responsible for their own setup, breakdown, and picking up after themselves. (This includes all trash and food waste.)

Crafters can unload and set up their booths between 9:45 and 10:15 am each Saturday. Set-up should be completed no later than 10:15. If you need to set up later than this, please let us know. After set-up is complete, vehicles should be parked elsewhere so visitors can have ready access to the booths and the stores at Straw Corners.

Crafters are responsible for providing their own tables and chairs, as well as tents/canopies if they like. Maximum booth size is 10’ x 10’.

Crafters are expected to stay in their booths until the end of the market. Breakdown should be completed no later than 5:00.

Once Upon a Time Toys will provide trash containers.

There are public restrooms next door at Maplefields gas station/convenience store.

Individual crafters are responsible for their own crafts and displays and any loss, damages or theft to their property.

Once Upon a Time Toys will call/email all participants in case of inclement weather or if the market cannot open for any other unanticipated reason.

We request that all crafters inform Once Upon a Time Toys if they are not able to attend the market for any of their scheduled days.
