Come decorate Valentine’s cookies at Once Upon a Time Toys. We will supply heart-shaped cookies, frosting, sprinkles and other goodies. Artists, bakers, and hungry kids are all welcome. Create your masterpiece, then eat it or give it to your Valentine! Not hungry? Come in anyway. Nina will draw a glittery tattoo on your hand.
